Our mobility class is designed to resolve pain, prevent injury and optimize athletic performance. We are here to help you understand your body mechanics and provide tools and drills to perform the necessary maintenance that your body needs. We will provide you with general, specific and personalized mobility drills to take care of your trouble spots and to prepare your body for the workout.
These classes run 30 minutes in length. They are coached by our resident expert on mobility, Sagar Gupta. You will be using many tools such as bands, balls and all sorts of fun ‘torture’ devices to help get your body opened up and mobile.
