GAINZ is a dynamic strength program designed to help you develop strength, power and performance. We put a high emphasis on powerlifting and strongman movements. There will also be specialized WOD’s that focus on moving large loads short distances as fast as possible whilst using heavy weight and odd objects. Look for an increase in muscle mass, strength, power and explosive work capacity.

These classes are 1 hour and are comprised of a specific warm-up, a large strength component with mix of powerlifting & strongman work finishing with a short explosive WOD at the end to round out the training session.
