HOW DO I JOIN?

Join a community that will welcome you with open arms! We don’t just want you to “join our gym” - we want you to become a part of our family.

 
 

We have three options for new members!

1. Class Drop In: If you would like to come do a trial class, simply check out our schedule at www.windsorcrossfit.com/schedule and let us know a day and time that works for you, then we can reserve you a spot in class. All of our classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels and abilities, have no fear! Our programming is tiered with three levels of difficulty - beginner, intermediate and advanced - and our highly trained coaches can further tailor the workout for you from there. Drop ins are $25 plus tax to be paid via cash or credit card. 

2. On Ramp Program: Our On Ramp Program is an optional five session package that allows you one-on-one guidance before hopping into classes! These sessions are designed to give you a solid understanding of the foundational movements that we use in our programming, and will help you become adjusted to conditioning aspects of our WODs (workout of the day). Each session contains a learning block to review one of the major lifts, followed by a short workout. These are one-on-one sessions and are scheduled between you and your coach. The On Ramp Program is $249 plus tax.

3. Free Consultation: Unsure of what is best for you? Simply schedule a sit down with us to chat about your goals and expectations, and we will figure out an action plan that is best suited for you. These are scheduled on a person-to-person basis so all you need to do is reach out :)
