Balancing work and play for your health

The Balance Ambassador Program

Balancing work and play for your health

At WCF we’re constantly searching for ways to help others live a balanced and healthy lifestyle! We understand that there are several avenues that ultimately lead to overall health and wellness; from fitness and diet, to a healthy mindset, and everything in between! We’re also always looking for cool new ways to give back to the community while providing a top-notch experience for our members and visitors alike.

Who is this program for?

The Balance Ambassadors Program at Windsor CrossFit is an amazing opportunity for students, and/or individuals with a tight budget, to experience world-class fitness, community, health, and wellness here in Windsor’s first and largest CrossFit facility.

How exactly does this work?

Balance Ambassadors work at Windsor CrossFit for 5 hours/week, at the same time and day each week. In exchange for their 5 hours of work per week, they will receive UNLIMITED CROSSFIT CLASSES for the duration of time they work with us.

Our Balance Ambassadors are NOT volunteers. They are community members of Windsor CrossFit who possess a high quality work ethic, a positive attitude, and a dedication to themselves (their own health and wellness) and the Windsor CrossFit community at large!

What are Balance Ambassadors expected to do during their working hours?

Our balance ambassadors are huge assets in the WCF community. They’re responsible for a variety of duties around the facility that promote cleanliness, organization, comfort, and service. B.A’s can expect to do anything from mopping, equipment maintenance, customer service, and much much more!
